("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including booking a strategy session or submitting your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Knova Consult provides AI voice agent deployment, bilingual customer engagement systems, CRM automation, and related consulting services for businesses. Service terms, deliverables, and timelines are specified in individual service agreements executed between the Company and each client.
The free strategy session is a 30-minute consultative call and does not constitute a binding service agreement or guarantee of service delivery.
Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Knova Consult at the phone number provided.
Message Categories:
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and appointment schedule.
Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of all SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent.
Help: Reply HELP to any text message or email us at manager@theknownetworkcorp.com for support.
Data Sharing: No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent records, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of SMS communications exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services.
Consent Not Required for Purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Knova Consult.
The "5-Meeting Guarantee" offers a full refund of the one-time setup fee if Knova Consult does not deliver 5 booked appointments within 30 days of the agent going live, subject to the following conditions:
All content on our website and funnel pages — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of The Know Network Corp. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that results will be error-free or uninterrupted. Individual results may vary based on business type, call volume, market conditions, and other factors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Know Network Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
